Gianina Pelea, CEO of the E-INFRA Group, has over 20 years of professional experience in developing and implementing business strategies across key economic sectors such as telecommunications and energy. She currently leads E-INFRA’s integrated vision and strategy, with a focus on ensuring the group’s sustainable growth and long-term performance.
Gianina joined the group in 2019, taking on leadership roles within its key portfolio companies. Starting with overseeing the commercial strategy of Direct One and Netcity, the group’s telecommunications subsidiaries, she later became CEO of Direct One, where she played a significant role in the company’s growth and consolidation. Between 2024 and 2025, she served as CEO of Nova Power & Gas, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and expanding the company’s presence in the energy market.
Before joining E-INFRA, Gianina led major projects in telecommunications, energy, and regulatory affairs at KPMG Advisory Romania, while also gaining extensive experience over more than eight years in European institutions such as BEREC (Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications) and ANCOM (National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications).
She holds an MBA in Management and Business Administration, complemented by an Executive MBA from the Imperial College Business School in London.
