With over 20 years of experience in the IT field, Costel Ștefan is a seasoned leader specializing in digital transformation and IT management. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in renowned companies across various industries, including IT, telecommunications, banking, BPO, media, and consulting.
Ștefan is a graduate of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where he specialized in Computer Science, followed by a Master’s degree in E-Business. He later enhanced his strategic management expertise through an MBA INDE – CNAM Paris.
As CIO at E-INFRA, starting in August 2024, Ștefan continues to drive the development and implementation of the organization’s IT strategy, with a strong focus on digitalization projects, contributing to the creation of a modern and efficient infrastructure aligned with the group’s strategic vision.
