Electrogrup

Nova

Nova Power & Gas – Energy production and supply. Natural gas distribution infrastructure and natural gas supply.

Nova Power & Gas, a 100% Romanian company, is a strategic pillar of the E-INFRA Group, alongside Electrogrup, Direct One, Netcity, and Wesee. Active since 2007, Nova Power & Gas supplies electricity and natural gas to both residential and business clients, focusing on consumption efficiency and cost reduction. As part of its mission, the company contributes to developing Romania’s energy infrastructure through projects aimed at local energy production.

Since 2012, Nova Power & Gas has made significant investments in renewable energy production, developing photovoltaic parks to support Romania’s transition to green energy. Direct One

Direct One – Fiber optic infrastructure and data carrier services

Direct One, established in 2007, is a provider of dark fiber infrastructure and bandwidth services for the telecom operators. The company developed its own telecom high-capacity network, equipped with the latest technologies available.

The company plays an active role in the long-distance fiber optics leasing and rental services on the Romanian market.

Direct One is the only neutral telecom infrastructure operator in Romania, managing the largest non-carrier telecom network with about 6000 km of fiber or a route of about 4000 km. Over 4100 km of Direct One’s network is owned by the company while the rest is leased from or swapped with various counterparties.

Direct One’s fiber optic network has points of presence (“POPs”) in over 50 major cities, while the fiber optic passive infrastructure (dark fiber) has been completed with optical transmissions and IP multiservice capabilities.

Netcity

Founded in 2007, Netcity Telecom is a growing provider of passive telecommunications infrastructure within the Bucharest area.

Netcity acts as “the-carrier-of-carriers”, being the operating company for the city’s underground fiber optics and ducts telecommunications network.

Netcity’s activities include design, construction, management, and operation of the underground telecommunication infrastructure in Bucharest to meet the telecom operators’ needs for electronic communications networks, while also improving the visual appearance of the city through the migration of the aerial cable networks underground.

The metropolitan infrastructure developed by Netcity is equally, transparently, and indiscriminately available to all companies and telecom operators that activate or want to provide services in the territory of Bucharest.

Through a strategic partnership concluded at the end of 2021 between E-INFRA Group and Meridiam, where the latter acquired a co-controlling stake of 49%, the Company has embarked on a significant network expansion project with the goal of reaching full coverage of Bucharest metropolitan area in the years to come.

By the end of 2023, Netcity built and operated an underground network of over 2,500 km and connected more than 50,000 buildings in Bucharest.

Wesee

One of the most important suppliers of installation and maintenance services in the wind energy sector in Romania

Active since 2010, WESEE is one of the main suppliers in Romania for the installation and maintenance of wind equipment. With sn extensive experience and a diverse portfolio, the company is a reliable partner for European leaders in the renewable energy sector, such as GE, ENERCON and GAMESA.

Since 2022, WESEE has been part of the E-INFRA Group, strengthening its position and expanding its capacity for growth.

Full installation services
WEC assembly and repowering, assembly/preassembly of nacelle and pallets, installation of hybrid and steel towers, cabling works and grid connection, installation of safety ladders and service lifts.

Maintenance activities
Preventive maintenance, major component exchange, oil and coolant exchange, shock brake pads exchange, anchor bolt tensioning, mechanical and electrical repairs,, various upgrades and troubleshooting.

Energy services
Line poles assembly for high and very high voltage overhead lines, power stations, internal grid connections and mechanical installations for renewable projects (wind and solar).

Modernization of aviation lights
Compliance with new environmental regulations, maintenance, installation of transponders, replacement of antennas, wiring and connection of communication cabinets.
